  • Sit in a comfortable position on chair or squat and put hands on the abdomen.
  • Inhale a deep breath through the nose, expand an abdomen and fill your lungs with an air.
  • Keep holding your breath for 3 seconds, then exhale slowly all the air stored in the lungs.
  • Keep doing this process deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Try to do the session 2-3 times a day for 5-20 minutes
