Woman convicted the Murder after The Grey Parrot Witness Repeats “Don’t fucking shoot”

A woman has been charged the murder of her husband as she has been convicted the murder when a pet parrot repeated his husband last words, who was the witnessed of this murder and has has been saying the words “don’t f*****g shoot.”

49 years old Glenna Duram shot his 46-year-old husband Martin Duram five times and then turned the gun on herself in a failed suicide attempt.

She was found guilty of first-degree murder after the eight hours of deliberation in the court of Newaygo County in Michigan.

Her husband had an African Grey parrot named Bud. Parrot might have seen the scene of murder so it repeated the pair’s final conversation with Mr. Duram’s ex-wife.

In May 2015 Ms Keller took the parrot in court and she said: “I believe with all my heart that those are the last words of Marty.”

“I recognize two different voices screaming and yelling and it always ends with ‘don’t f*****g shoot’.”

The parrot did not use in a court proceeding even this possibility was initially considered by the prosecutor.

The mother of Martin Duram, Lillian Duram, reportedly said:  “That bird picks up everything and anything, and it’s got the filthiest mouth around.”

Now she will be sentenced on August 28 for a murder and firearm charge.

African Greys parrots have the ability to mimic human speech and also have the cognitive ability of a young child.

This species is native to equatorial Africa and have weight 400g on average.

An African Grey was considered for use as evidence by the defence in a 1993 murder trial.

This parrot repeated “Richard, no, no, no”  suspect Gary Joseph Rasp was not guilty, though Rasp was convicted and it was ruled the evidence could not be used.
